The Scottish Government's Budget statement has been suspended for 30 minutes following a leak of details around tax increases.
Presiding Officer Alison Johnstone told MSPs at Holyrood she is investigating the leak made to the BBC earlier today.
The broadcaster announced there would be tax rises for the highest earners and the threshold for those currently earning over £150,000 would come down to around £125,000.
She announced the pause just before Deputy First Minister John Swinney was due to stand up to deliver his annual speech, where he would have unveiled the key points of the Scottish Budget.
Johnstone said: "Members will be aware of my response to points of order raised at the end of First Minister's Questions regarding information related to this afternoon's budget statement.
"As I said, at that point, I would investigate this matter. I've been unable to conclude my deliberations in the time available, and I'm therefore suspending this meeting for 30 minutes."
