A BAKERY in Scotland with "incredible pastries" has been named one of the best in the whole of the UK.
Located in Edinburgh, the business was named alongside spots across the country, including Fortitude Bakehouse in London and Lovingly Artisan in Cumbria.
Discussing the ranking, British Baker editor Amy North said it's "wonderful to see such a diverse range of bakeries nominated with their locations spanning the length and breadth of Britain."
The 13 bakeries named were recognised by industry experts and peers as beacons of "dedication, passion, and skill".

Lannan in Edinburgh was the artisan bakery in Scotland named one of the best by British Baker.
Discussing Lannan, the publication said that Pistachio, Tonka & White Chocolate Pain Suisse, Jerusalem Artichoke Dauphinoise and Rhubarb & Custard Tart are among the goods you can find on the menu.
The brand-new entry for 2025 is owned by Darcie Maher and can be found at Hamilton Place.
It is instantly recognisable thanks to its signature croissant motif and is open between Thursdays and Sundays.
Many have noted that pastries here don’t tend to be available past 10am thanks to the number of people who frequent this bakery.
Products also change from week to week with Lannan "embracing seasonal flavours."

On Tripadvisor, the bakery has received a 4/5 from customers with many praising the "incredible pastries" on offer.
One reviewer said: "This is a wonderful bakery. I go regularly. Yes you have to queue for a bit. But when you get in all the staff are pleasant, friendly with a smile."
Another added: "Incredible Pastries: Whether you're after sweet or savoury, every single item is baked to perfection.
"The bread and pastries are light, flaky, and absolutely a joy to eat. Their range of flavours keeps it exciting—definitely something for everyone."
