INVERNESS Airport has scooped a prestigious best in Europe award for the fifth consecutive year.
The Highland airport continued its winning streak at the 2024 Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards as it won best airport with under 2 million passengers in Europe.
It was also recognised as the airport with the most dedicated staff in Europe for the third year in a row.
Graeme Bell, general manager of Inverness Airport, said he “couldn’t be prouder” of his team and the awards pay testament to their hard work.
He said: “To win these awards for the fifth consecutive year is an incredible achievement and a proud moment for everyone involved with Inverness Airport.

The ACI ASQ programme is the leading global benchmark for airport customer service, with nearly 400 airports worldwide participating as it measures passengers’ satisfaction throughout their journey.
