Scott Thomas is celebrating after reaching a very personal milestone.
The former Love Island star, who appeared on the ITV2 dating show's second series, vowed to get into the 'best shape of his life' - and he's done it.
Scott, 33, took to his Instagram page to share a clip of his progress, highlighting his incredible transformation.
The Social PR founder revealed he had to put on 2.5 stone to undergo a bigger lifestyle overhaul with the help of his own company, Food4Thoughts
"I’ve DONE IT!" Scott started his post with the video taking his followers back four months ago.
Posing topless, the businessman showed his body before he started his Food4Thoughts journey.
The video quickly switched to show a tanned - and ripped - Scott now after months of working in the gym, joining members of the F4T team on weekend walks and switching up his diet.
"I’ve managed to achieve the best shape of my life," he then explained to his thousands of followers.
"I think anyone who follows me knows how hard I’ve been working on this transformation and trust me there is NO better feeling," followed by a green heart emoji and a praying hands emoji.
Scott, whose brothers are soap stars Ryan and Adam Thomas, went on to talk about how Food4Thoughts helped his progress by offering support, knowledge, accountability and guidance.
He said it starting with the help of his own coach and a 'bulking programme'.
"I’ve always been naturally quite skinny and I just wanted to be living proof to anyone out there that with the right Nutrition, Training and Lifestyle you can achieve some incredible results," he said.
This meant though that he had to put on two stone as he got to work on his health and fitness.
Scott continued: "I had to put on some fat in order to achieve my goal but I knew that was all part of it. Then in the space of 4 MONTHS I managed to cut right back down whilst still retaining my additional muscle mass!
"Not only that I did it whilst still enjoying the foods I loved and still be able to eat out at my fav restaurants."
"I genuinely couldn’t have done any of this without my Nutri- Coach or without the @Food4thoughts Family. They have taught me so much and they keep me accountable every day to my goals,2 Scott added.
"This truly is my lifestyle now and I want everyone to feel just as amazing as I do. When you achieve your goals you really do feel unstoppable."
And his pals and followers were soon applauding Scott for his overhaul.
Gemma Atkinson posted a string of applause emojis while former Corrie star Catherine Tyldesley said: "Yessssssss brother!!!"
