Scots woman's plea for help to trace 'vulnerable' mum who has no money or phone

A Scots woman has made a plea to the public to try and trace her missing mum, who is described as "vulnerable" and has no money or phone.

Emi-joe Irvine made the heartfelt plea after mum Suzanne Mclaughlin went missing on Thursday, October 13, around 2pm, when she was last seen in the Springburn area of Glasgow.

Emi-joe said: "My mum has been missing since around 2pm yesterday afternoon. She is vulnerable. She may appear disorientated and nervous.

"She was last seen in Springburn area yesterday around tea time and has a dark jacket/raincoat. She has no bus pass, money or phone."

Emi-joe asked anyone with information to contact Police Scotland on 101, or alternatively they can speak to her directly via her Facebook page.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed Suzanne had been reported missing to officers in Glasgow and that enquiries are ongoing to trace her.

Further information about missing person cases north of the Border, including how to give information, are available on the Police Scotland website.
