This is the terrifying moment a spider gave birth on a Scottish woman's ceiling - resulting in dozens of babies crawling all over her room.
Rebecca Paul, from Newtongrange in Midlothian, has gone viral after sharing the spine-tingling scenes on social media.
More than 210,000 people have watched the video, which shows loads of little arachnids scattered out on the wall and ceiling above her.
Rebecca can be heard gasping and saying "this is actually the fear" as the video pans round to the huge eight-legged creature that caused the horror scenes.
She then posted another video an hour later, attempting to spray something on the walls after removing the majority of the beasts.
Hundreds of people commented on the original Twitter post from Sunday night, which Rebecca captioned: "You’ve no had a worse Sunday than me.
"Spider just gave birth on my ceiling.
"No being dramatic but that’s me officially ready to be homeless x".
One shocked viewer commented: "omg I’d actually die".
Another joked: "Just burn the house down at that point".
And a third said: "HOW did this happen! HOW did you get rid of them!
"I can’t even begin to process this I’d be moving out as we speak".
