Scots teen missing since Saturday may have travelled to Aberdeen as cops launch search

A teenager has gone missing from Dundee for three days sparking an urgent police search.

Lewis O'Shea disappeared from Lochee at around 8.20pm on Saturday June 25. The 16-year-old has not been seen or heard from since.

Officers in the Tayside Division believe Lewis may have travelled to the Aberdeen area, as he has links there. Worries are mounting for his wellbeing.

The youngster is described as 6ft in height, of slim build with short brown hair. He was wearing a black hooded top, black body warmer, black jogging bottoms with a white stripe and black shoes when he vanished.

Police are appealing to the public's help in tracing Lewis, and are urging anyone with any information on his whereabouts to get in touch. Inspector Lucy Cameron from Longhaugh Police station, Dundee said “We are growing increasingly concerned for Lewis.

"He was last seen in the Lochee area of Dundee at around twenty past eight on the evening of Saturday 25th June 2022. "Lewis also has links to the Aberdeen area.

"Any person with information that could help us trace Lewis is asked to call 101 quoting incident reference number 0240 of 26 June, or speak to any officer."
