Scots teen missing for more than two weeks sparks new appeal by police

Police have launched a fresh appeal to help trace a Scots teen who has been missing for more than two weeks.

Cameron MacKenzie, 16, went missing from the Greenock area in Inverclyde at 12pm on Friday, March 17. He was last seen on the morning of Monday, March 20 in the Kirriemuir area in Angus, possibly travelling to Dundee.

Cameron is 6ft tall, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black body warmer, black jumper, black tracksuit bottoms and had a black backpack.

Cameron has links to the Tayside and Forth Valley areas.

A police spokesperson said: “If you have seen Cameron, or have any information regarding his whereabouts, we urge you to contact police as soon as possible on 101, quoting incident number 3433 for March 19.”
