A Scots pub has issued an emotional appeal to find a missing colleague who vanished from a nightclub in Aviemore almost one month ago.
Rodrigo Falcon, 33, was last seen at 2am outside of the Vault nightclub, on Sunday December 11.
The owners of the The Pine Marten Bar and Scran pub, Scotty and Katie, said they have struggled to open over the festive period while their friend is still missing.
Scotty said: "My best friend Rod is still missing and I can’t mentally deal with working in public. Hence our lack of staff to run the pub sufficiently.
"Katie and the rest of the team have done an unreal job over the festive period to keep the pub open for everyone and shown strength that I admire more than you could imagine.
"They are obviously struggling too and somehow have managed to put on a brave face to keep the pub going.
"We continue our search for our beloved Rod and are not giving up.
"If anyone has any information at all that may help please call 101 and let them know or 999 if it’s an emergency.
"Thank you all for your continued understanding and support through these difficult times."
Heartbroken locals have offered their support to the business while the search remains ongoing.
One person said: "I’m so heartbroken for you all. I can’t imagine what this unknown must be feeling like."
Another one said: "My thoughts are with you all and I can’t begin to imagine how hard this is for you all."
A third added: "I pray for Rod’s return and I can only imagine what you all are going through, having to get up everyday trying work and dealing with the mental toll of all this."
Police Scotland's marine unit searched the nearby River Spey and Loch Alvie, days before the New Year.
The Argentinian is described as being 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build and with a tanned complexion, with dark hair cut in a mullet style with a moustache and beard.
He was last seen wearing a brown woollen fox-style coat, a red jumper and baggy jeans.
A police spokesperson said: "Rodrigo Falcon is still missing and enquiries are ongoing to trace him."
