Line of Duty star Mark Bonnar asked fans to shower his actress wife with well wishes - as a birthday surprise while he isolates with Covid.
The Scot, who also stars in popular BBC dramas Shetland and Guilt, said he could not spend wife Lucy Gaskell's birthday with her as he has the deadly virus.
The actress, who starred in Doctor Who, Casualty, Holby City and James Cordon flick Lesbian Vampire Killers, turned 42 on Sunday.
And rather than seeking sympathy for his own situation, big-hearted Mark, who is also a patron of charity Heart Research UK, shone the light on the love of his life.
