Scots boy, 13, missing overnight from Paisley

Police have launched an appeal to trace a Scots teen who has gone missing overnight from the Paisley area.

Ashton McNeish, 13, was last seen on Sunday at around 5.15pm.

The boy, who also goes by the name Ash, is described as 5ft 5” in height with fair/blond short hair.

He was wearing a grey Nike hoody, black body warmer, black Calvin Klein shorts and Nike trainers at the time of his disappearance.

Officers say they are now growing 'concerned' for Ashton's wellbeing and urge anyone who may have information on his whereabouts to come forward.

A spokesperson for Paisley Police Station said: "We are becoming concerned for the whereabouts of Ashton and are concerned for his welfare.

"Anyone who may have seen Ashton or has any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 3620 of 27/02/2022."
