ScotRail has left passengers tickled with funny Scottish 'no go' signs for staff only rooms on board trains.
The rail operator installed brilliant spoof signs to stop customers trying to access private areas of their carriages. No access doors on board their fleet were labelled 'tartan paint storage room, bagpipe practice room and on-board whisky distillery.
One commuter, who came across the wacky room names while travelling, shared the pictures on Twitter on Tuesday, June 6. They have since been liked by more than 200 people.
Twitter users lined up to show their appreciation to Scotrail for their sense of humour.
One commented: "There is a wild haggis one out there too!"
Another replied: "Definitely a Friday afternoon down the pub idea. Love it."
Someone else added: "But, what happens when I want to practice my bagpipes?"
The train operator also announced yesterday that they have created 42 new roles in an attempt to cut down on ticket fraud.
A pilot scheme using new ticket validation machines has also been taking place over the last few weeks at stations including Edinburgh Waverley, Glasgow Central, Glasgow Queen Street, Croy, High Street, Rutherglen, and Paisley Canal.
