Scotland U21s prepare for Euro 2027 qualifiers with warm-up matches in Spain

Scotland Under 21s will play two friendlies against Ireland and Iceland next month in Spain.

Manager Scot Gemmill will have a new-look side going into the Euro 2027 qualifiers after the draw was made last week.

And they will warm-up for the qualifiers with two games at the Pinatar Arena, near Murcia in Spain.

The young Scots will face the Irish on Friday, March 21 before rounding off their camp with a game against Iceland on Tuesday, March 25

Gemmill will have the likes of Motherwell starlet Lennon Miller and Kilmarnock kid David Watson involved again for this campaign along with a host of new faces.

Scotland begin their next qualifying campaign in September with an away game against the Czech Republic before a tough home game against Portugal.

They also face Bulgaria, Azerbaijan and Gibraltar in the group with qualification for the Finals in Albania and Serbia at stake.
