Scotland have been hit with another injury blow ahead of their Nations League play-off against Greece.
With Ben Doak essentially ruled out until the end of the season, Steve Clarke's forward line already looked depleted.
The likes of Lyndon Dykes, James Forrest and Aaron Hickey won't feature in the national team squad for the upcoming double-header either, with Lewis Morgan and Ross McCrorie doubts.
Ryan Gauld can be added to that list after the attacking midfielder sustained a knee injury during the Vancouver Whitecaps' clash against Montreal Impact.
The Whitecaps captain is believed to have suffered a sprained knee. This will keep him on the sidelines for a few weeks, ruling him out of this month's international fixtures.
Gauld was reintroduced to the Scotland fold by Clarke following last summer's failed Euros campaign after a decade-long hiatus.
Clarke will name his squad to take on Greece in the two-legged play-off at lunchtime today.
Lewis Ferguson and Nathan Patterson are expected to be recalled after their recoveries from respective injuries.
