Scotland footballer Ryan Christie is expecting his first child with fiancée Georgie Bell.
The couple were snapped beaming from ear to ear as they held up a photo of an ultrasound, which they captioned: "Mum & dad" alongside a trio of emojis. Ryan, 27, was holding the couples adorable pooch in the snap while Georgie showed off the images.
Sharing her excitement to become a parent alongside the former Celtic star, the Scots artist wrote on Instagram: "I've been beyond excited to share this news with you all.
"I feel everyone I've ever met I have here on Instagram and I love how we can always keep in touch and chat together.
"Our little baby is everything I've ever wanted and need, and I cannot wait to share this incredible journey with my friends on here.
"We are so lucky and I cannot frickin' wait to be a mumma."
The former Celtic star popped the question to Georgie last year, as she excitedly said at the time: "I can't imagine my life without you and now I don't have to."
Georgie's post announcing the amazing baby news was flooded with friends and fans congratulating the couple.
Former Celtic footballer Kristoffer Ajer, a good friend of Christie's, replied with: "AMAZING."
Greg Taylor's partner Laura McFarlane added: "The first lil' football family baby. So bloody loved!" Scots comedian Paul Black wrote: "Congrats!," alongside heart emojis.
