Scotland star John McGinn joins in with Zimbabwe tribal dance on holiday with fiancee

Scotland star John McGinn has been living it up with his fiancee in Zimbabwe and even attempted to take part in a tribal dance.

The Aston Villa midfielder shared a video on Instagram of himself mixing with locals during the off-season, and praised for "keeping it real" by going on holiday to the African nation.

His other holiday shots on social media include an overhead view of the "unbelievable" Victoria Falls from a helicopter with his partner Sara Stokes.

There is also some footage of a safari park and some hippopotamuses swimming in a lake, before the footage ends with Super John dancing with locals.

McGinn can be seen standing next to a nimble tribesman who shuffles from side to side and then kicks his leg over his head as he performs the native dance.

However the Scotland internationalist struggled to keep up and is seen holding his hamstring and smiling after attempting to recreate one of the moves.

McGinn commented on the post: "Unbelievable day at Victoria falls, they must not have hamstrings in Zimbabwe."

His pals, like John Terry and Alan Hutton, reacted to the hilarious footage with some crying laughing emojis.

Aston Villa teammate Marvelous Nakamba, who is Zimbabwean, commented: "We love you in Zimbabwe, Super John McGinn bro."

Meanwhile another user said: "While the rest are in Ibiza or Mykonos, SJM keeping it real on Safari, you’re a legend."

The midfielder and his fiancee have been together since 2014 but Sara chooses to keep a low profile.

She earned a social work degree at university and is only seen when McGinn shares snaps of the pair together on holiday or at social occasions.
