Scotland has had its fair share of lottery winner throughout the years.
This weekend you could be in with a chance of bagging a healthy sum of cash with a Euromillions jackpot of £107million and a must win National Lottery draw for £11.8million this Saturday.
That lucky ticket could help you pay off your mortgage, escape to somewhere sunny or even let you treat your loved ones.
From blowing money on expensive cars to purchasing castles and Bentleys, Scottish winners have certainly splashed the cash after landing their megabucks windfall.
But how did some of Scotland's previous winners spent their fortunes?
Adrian and Gullian Bayford
Adrian and Gillian Bayford were over the moon when they bagged a massive £148million lottery win back in 2012.
Less than a year later the couple parted ways.
Gillian has since started her own property business and enjoy a new, glam lifestyle.
She bought a waterfront property in Newport-on-Tay from ex Adrian for £625,000 in 2017 - but later put it up for sale.
The lottery winner then purchased a 'dream home' worth £1.2million.
The Victorian mansion boasts six bedroom and a garden as big as a football pitch as well as three reception rooms and a triple garage.
The lavish pad also boasts three reception rooms, a gazebo, a triple garage and a greenhouse.
Among her other property purchases was a £619,990 castle which she also put up for sale.
She has snapped up a fleet of Audi cars following her ginormous win and is reported to drive £150,000 Bentley Bentayga.
Colin and Christine Weir
The pair became Scotland's biggest ever Lotto winners and former cameraman Colin was quick to splash the cash.
He forked out for cars, jewellery and property and pumped money into his favourite football club, Partick Thistle as well as donating massive amounts to good causes.
The couple shared their fortune with friends and charitable trusts as well as passing on some money to their two kids – Carly, 33, and Jamie, 31.
Tragically Colin, who split from his wife of 38 years in summer 2018, died from sepsis three years ago.
Before he passed, kindhearted Colin had bought a 55 per cent stake in Partick Thistle a month before he died so he could donate the club to the fans and put its future in the hands of the local community.
Callie Rodgers
Callie Rodgers had just turned 16 when she won a whopping £1.8 million in 2003.
Before hitting the jackpot she was earning £3.60 an hour as a Co-op checkout girl in Cockermouth, Cumbria.
Her spendings included £250,000 on cocaine, £18,000 on boob jobs, £300,000 on clothes and £500,000 which she gave away to friends and family.
She also moved of her foster parents' home into a new £180,000 house as well as splashing out on designer clothes and lavish presents for loved ones.
However, the UK's youngest lottery winner admits she was left miserable after blowing her winnings.
Mickey Carroll
Michael - or Mickey - Carroll bagged himself £9.7million after winning the Lotto jackpot in 2002.
The lovable rogue, who was branded “Lotto lout”, blew his near £10million fortune he won in 2002 on hookers, booze, fast cars and holidays.
Carroll ended up penniless and homeless far away from his hedonistic beach-partying gluttony in Jamaica, Barbados and Puerto Banus.
Jane Park
After her win, Jane quit her £8-an-hour job as an admin temp but says life was easier before.
Jane, even offered to pay someone £60,000 a year to date her.
She has also spent thousands on cosmetic surgery since her win, which she says has "ruined her life".
Jane has previously said: “At times it feels like winning the lottery has ruined my life.
"I thought it would make it 10 times better but it’s made it 10 times worse."
Barry and Roberta Little
The couple from Dumfries won big back on New Year's Day 2013.
Despite being quids in, the couple insisting on keeping life simple saying they had a million reasons not to change a thing.
They live on an ordinary street, shop at Aldi, holiday in a caravan and drive a second-hand car.
Jake Bowman
Fifty-nine-year-old Jake, from Forfar, scooped £10,317,199, bagged a Saturday night lotto draw jackpot in April 2016.
After winning big, Jake immediately quit his job with local firm Ramsay Ladders.
Jake, who has been heavily involved in junior football, sparked a frenzy in the quiet Angus town when he casually told pals in his local boozer - The Osnaburgh - that he’d won the single-ticket jackpot.
It is understood Jake, who has been married twice, hightailed it to Edinburgh to stay with his 26-year-old daughter Emma.
But there were also rumours he’d jumped on a plane and headed to London to hide with his eldest daughter Lisa, 28.
Alison and John Doherty
Alison and John Doherty, from Elderslie in Renfrewshire, scooped £14,671,343 in the Lotto Draw on Saturday 2 July, 2016.
The pair were actually due to go on holiday when their winning numbers were drawn so hid their ticket and waited two weeks to have their big win validated.
Despite winning a fortune, John carried on with his job as a self-employed plumber, darting off to a series of call out jobs upon return from the couple's holiday.
Sheila and Duncan Davidson
Aberdeenshire couple Sheila and Duncan scooped up the £4,460,495 jackpot with a lucky dip ticket.
Following the win, Mrs Davidison said she would be making a donation to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, after being treated for mouth cancer.
The pair also planned to buy themselves a new car as their Vauxhall Astra at the time was on its last legs.
Duncan had plans to go and see his beloved Manchester United play at Old Trafford.
The couple, who have been together for 30 years, were understood to be have planned on handing their daughters - Carol and Lynne - £1million each.
John Edmond
John from East Lothian bagged himself a cool £1m in the EuroMillions draw in May of 2018.
But he decided to celebrate in a pretty unusual way by trekking up Ben Nevis to conduct a champagne spray.
John Edmond ascended more than 4400 feet and faced treacherous weather conditions to tick off a lifelong ambition from his bucket list to mark his big win.
At the time of his win, John worked as a roofer and had no plans too give up work.
John said that the biggest difference the win made was allowing the family to move into a bigger house and his two daughters to have separate bedrooms and even their own bathrooms.
John also planned to open this own property business with wife Amanda.
