Scotland's Home of the Year is a fascinating watch for anyone who likes to get a look behind the closed doors of some of the country's most stand-out properties.
But if you love a home with some serious style, you can look no further than the stunning pad of SHOTY judge Kate Spiers.
In a twist to the usual format we're all used to, viewers now get a chance to take a look inside Kate's swanky home, which is usually her job when she's out on the road to find the next SHOTY champ.
The star's three-bedroom Glasgow flat has just gone on the market and viewers of the popular BBC show are sure to be desperate to get a wee nosy.
While the tenement might not look recognisable from the outside, its stylish insides could ring a bell - as pictures of the lush interiors regularly rack up millions of likes on Kate's social media.
Although with more than 300, 000 followers on Instagram alone, that's not really surprising.
Kate, known as Kate La Vie, was the mastermind behind the gorgeous property – where she has lived with her husband Jordan for the past two years.
The pair are now expecting their first baby, so are more than likely on the hunt for somewhere a bit bigger to raise their family.
But for a flat, this gem is spacious and then some, with some serious interior design flair.
Located in Mount Florida in Glasgow's south side, it boasts traditional period features such as intricate cornicing, original floorboards and a large reception hallway.
It also features a quirky and enormous ‘Monica from Friends cupboard’ in the entrance hall as well as three large bedrooms, a dining kitchen and gorgeous bathroom complete with a walk in shower, free standing bath and pink tiled walls.
But the real star of the home is the bright and spacious living room, that interior fans will recognise as the focal point of Kate’s stylish Instagram posts.
The beautiful bespoke shelving unit, designed by Kate, has been oohed and aahed over by stylish followers from across the world - and now you can make them your own!
In the listing, agents Rettie describe the property as “a little slice of heaven in amongst the urban hustle and bustle of Glasgow's southside.”
They say: “Set in the heart of Mount Florida, this truly special tenement flat boasting wonderful period features has been lovingly renovated by the current owners."
Kate, who is known for hunting down the most breathtaking properties in Scotland in her role as a judge on the hit BBC Scotland show, said: “We’ve lived in our neighbourhood for almost eight years and we’ve seen the area absolutely boom in that time which has been wonderful
"I honestly think if the pandemic had never have happened, we’d have stayed here forever – but after so long living in one place, we feel like it’s time to move on.”
At offers over £195,000, it’s not exactly a bargain - but when you consider the standard of the place, it’s a pretty appealing price tag.
Now, if they could just leave behind all that gorgeous furniture…
