The UK's best-rated spine-chilling experiences according to Tripadvisor users have been revealed – and there are three in Scotland. For an unforgettable Halloween, these are the spooky tours people should be looking to book.
The three most popular Scottish paranormal experiences in the UK list can be found in Edinburgh and Glasgow including a tour of underground caverns normally closed to the public.
A spokesperson for the popular review site said: "October is here so it's time to dust off the pumpkins and get ready for Halloween. In the lead-up to fright night and in the spirit of all things paranormal, Tripadvisor has rounded up a list of the best-rated spooky tours in the UK to try out this month (or anytime if you have a penchant for ghosts, ghouls, witches and murderers).
"These are the creepy but very fun experiences to try this Halloween. Book one, if you dare!"
