Scotland fans could miss out on two Nations League games due to 'TV blackout'

Scotland fans could miss out on two Nations League games due to 'TV blackout'

SCOTLAND supporters could face a TV blackout for two of the country's Nations League matches in June.

The Daily Mail report that Scotland's matches against Armenia and Ireland may not be televised.

Their report states that Channel 4 have agreed a new deal to showcase England's Nations League games in June.

However, the broadcaster have opted not to air any Scotland matches.

Sky Sports currently hold the rights to broadcast Scotland matches, but this deal ends following the conclusion of the World Cup play-off games.

Scotland face Armenia in Yerevan on June 8 and Ireland in Dublin on June 11.

It follows the announcement on Wednesday that Scotland's World Cup and Euro qualifiers will be broadcast exclusively on Nordic subscription service Viaplay from 2024 to 2028.
