Scotland announce June friendly double-header as full 2025 fixture card revealed

Scotland will play a duo of friendly matches in June against Iceland and Liechtenstein.

The end-of-season international break fixture card was previously blank, with Steve Clarke's side not due to begin their 2026 World Cup qualification campaign until September.

The SFA have therefore confirmed two summer friendlies, the first of which is due to take place on Friday, June 6 at 7.45pm against Iceland at Hampden. The dark blues will then travel to face Liechtenstein at Vaduz's Rheinpark Stadium, with a kick-off time to be decided on Monday, June 9.

Scotland's full 2025 fixture card has now been confirmed, with a Nations League A relegation play-off against Greece first on the agenda in March.

The team then play out their friendly doubleheader before beginning their journey to the USA, Mexico, and Canada with qualifiers against Belarus, Greece again, and either Portugal or Denmark.

Tickets for all of the home matches will go on sale to Scotland Supporters' Club members on February 4 as Clarke's men gear up for a mammoth year.

The national team ended 2024 on a high with a late win in Poland and will look to get off to the perfect start this year as they take on the Greeks next month.
