Scarlett Moffatt has baby as TV star's son arrives early and she reveals his name

Scarlett Moffatt has given birth to her first child with boyfriend Scott Dobinson, with the TV favourite revealing that their little boy 'arrived early' as she shared his name with fans.

Former Gogglebox star and I'm A Celebrity winner Scarlett announced at the start of this year that she and long term boyfriend Scott Dobinson were expecting their first child together. Uploading a photo of their baby scan, next to the couple's dog Bonnie, wearing a bib that said 'I'm going to be a big sister.' Scarlett wrote: "It truly feels like a dream writing this caption. Me & Scott are on cloud nine & we are so happy that we get to share this moment with you all. You are so loved already little one."

The County Durham celeb looked stunning as she was joined by friends and family for a glamorous baby shower last month and now she has become a mam, with the 32-year-old taking to Instagram on Thursday afternoon, to break the news that her little one had arrived in the world after 35 weeks and telling her many followers that she and Scott had called their son Jude Xavier.

Next to a photo of her, Scott and their new-born baby, Scarlett posted: "My darling boy I can’t stop crying looking at you as I can’t quite believe you’re mine. You wanted to meet us early at just 35 weeks. Me & your daddy love you so much that I can’t even put this feeling into words. Our heart and soul feels complete & ready to burst. I will forever and always be grateful to be your mammy."

Scarlett also took the time to thank everyone at Durham hospital for their help and support, adding: "I Can’t thank @scottdobby enough & to the midwife’s Helen & Charlotte & all of the NHS team at Durham Hospital. You will all forever hold a special place in my heart for looking after us all with such compassion. Let the baby bubble commence"
