Paul Gascoigne feared he was going to clash with one of his co-stars on new Channel 4 show Scared of the Dark, as soon as he realised who it was.
Football icon Gazza is one of a host of celebrities who signed up to take part in the terrifying new reality series, which forces its contestants to live in a bunker in complete darkness for five days. Others involved in Scared of the Dark, hosted by Danny Dyer, include Scarlett Moffatt, The Wanted's Max George and former Love Island finalist Chloe Burrows.
And there's also another sporting legend involved too, with boxing star Chris Eubank heading into The Bunker with Gazza. And, talking about the show on Monday's This Morning, Gazza admitted to hosts Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes that he wasn't exactly delighted when he realised Chris was there.

The celebs are made to enter The Bunker separately, meaning they have no idea who they are sharing the space until they start talking to each other in the dark and it was Chris' distinctive lisp that made his identity obvious immediately obvious to Gazza.
Recalling how he felt when he realised Chris was in there with him, Gazza said: "The first one and I heard the lisp and I knew it was Eubank and I just thought to myself 'oh my word', that was my first thought," as Rochelle gasped.
Paul's comments come after he accused Chris of being 'two faced', having seen a clip of him appearing to mock Gazza's well documented alcohol issues.
Speaking ahead of Scared of The Dark's premiere, Gazza fumed: "“I will have a go at him at the premiere. He’s not getting away with that. That is, if he has the b**** to turn up. He probably will, because he’s that arrogant, things will just go over his head. But when that f****** clip comes up, I will say something.
“In the one I saw he was saying, ‘He’s full of that’ and miming necking pints with both hands. And I was the only alcoholic in there, so it was about me. He was nice to my face on the show, and was even calling me ‘Paul Gascoigne, the King of England’ so it just shows you how two-faced people can be.”
Paul has also admitted to playing pranks on his Scared of the Dark co-stars as he became more comfortable with his scary surroundings and in his words, "became Gazza." He told Phillip and Rochelle he would throw food off the other celebs and pull their hair, with them having no clue it was him who was responsible.
