A savvy mum has been praised online for sharing the "summer station" she put together in her garden to help her children navigate the warm weather safely.
Shannon Doherty, from the US, took to TikTok to unveil the creation, which consisted of a small tent with two shelving units inside that were packed with all the essentials you might need for a day in the sun.
And the mum also shared a look at what she puts inside the station, including ice cold water, an array of hats for her kids to keep the sun off their heads, swimming goggles for their paddling pool, and chilled flannels for when they need to cool down.

Most importantly, the station also includes plenty of suncream for her kids to use so they can keep themselves protected from the sun.
In the video, which was posted to Shannon's @athomewithshannon account, she said: "Let's set up our summer station! I love sharing all the tips I've learned as a mum of four, and this may be the best.
"Set up a station outside with towels, sun hats, goggles, swimsuits, sunblock, snacks, and everything you need for a fun day."
And commenters on the video were quick to praise her for the idea, as they said it was put together in such a way that would make taking care of your health in the hot weather a priority for children as well as adults.
One person wrote: "She's got all the awesome mummy hacks!
While another said: "Oooh, such a great idea."
And a third posted: "You are a big help with my family, thank you."
Shannon is known for sharing her parenting hacks online, and we previously shared how the mum-of-four always makes sure her children are entertained at restaurants so they never kick up a fuss in the middle of dinner.
The mum said she always takes an “emergency restaurant kit” with her whenever she takes her children out to eat, and fills the bag with items such as colouring books, crayons, books, and card games to keep her little ones busy.
In a video, she explained: “People always ask: What’s our secret to going to restaurants as a family of six? We bring emergency restaurant kits. We fill them with things we may need, my family is entertained, and we can eat!”
