Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah held talks in Jakarta on Tuesday with his Indonesian counterpart Retno Marsudi.
Discussions focused on bilateral relations between their countries and keenness on developing them to achieve the interests of their peoples.
They tackled boosting their economic partnership in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and intensifying political and economic cooperation and coordination over regional and international affairs of interest.
Prince Faisal expressed his gratitude to Indonesia for backing Saudi Arabia's bid to host Expo 2030. He wished it success in its hosting of the G20 summit.
The Indonesian minister, for her part, hailed Saudi Arabia's lifting of a travel ban to her country that was imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Kingdom had announced the end of the ban on Monday.
Earlier on his trip, Prince Faisal had met with Indonesian President Joko Widodo for talks on bolstering joint cooperation between Riyadh and Jakarta.
