Ant Middleton, the host of SAS Who Dares Wins, has shared a rare loved-up selfie featuring his wife Emilie as they enjoyed a romantic trip to New York.
The 38-year-old former soldier and television presenter has four children with his wife - and while he ordinarily keeps his private life under wraps, he looked quite pleased to share some rare snaps with fans.
Ant and Emilie jetted to the Big Apple for a weekend of fun together, and the reality star wowed fans when he uploaded and shared a treasure trove of photos online.
“Great weekend in NYC with this one!” the blue eyed star wrote as he shared a selfie with his hazel eyed wife and shared the snap on Instagram.

Channeling true Instagram influencer style, he preached to his audience about how best to run their lives.
“Take charge of the most power tool that the body possesses and sync it with it’s energy source,” he gushed.
“Once mastered you will become a formidable force to be reckoned with!” he rambled.

The images and words proved a hit with fans who flooded Ant’s comment’s box with positive feedback.
“Great advice. Great photo. Have a great week,” gushed one fan, while another commenter remarked: “never been jealous of a woman so much in all my life.”

Ant has credited wife Emilie with helping turn his life around - having done jail time for beating up cops in 2013, but still managing to carve out a TV career from the rubble of his reputation.
"I used not to write home much. It’s easier just to focus on what you’re doing when you’re out there. I had a single-minded attitude towards what I was doing and I was quite selfish really,” he has said.
"I couldn’t have done it without knowing that Emilie was at home looking after the kids and holding everything else together for me,” he added.
