Sarah Beeny remains positive as she battles breast cancer after she chose to shave her hair off.
The 50-year-old presenter wore a woolly hat as she enjoyed an early morning walk.
Sharing a snap of her in front of a wintry scene, she added the caption: "It may be cold but WHAT a beautiful morning!! One of my very fav hats I’ve been given and feeling human! You were right - it does pass…..!"
The property expert revealed her cancer diagnosis in August, adding that she almost expected to develop the disease after losing her mum to cancer.
She was just 10 years old when she lost her mum, who was 39 at the time.
Speaking to the Daily Mail's Weekend magazine, she said: "“That’s when I cried. I thought, ‘Oh God, this is it. It’s happening."
Deciding to take matters into her own hands, she decided to shave her own head using her dog's clippers.
She told the publication that often people with no hair are seen as "victims" or "angry", but she wanted to change that narrative.
“You’re a victim or it’s a punishment, like Fantine in Les Misérables, or Cersei Lannister in Game Of Thrones. People are ashamed of their bald heads.
“The more I talk to people in this boat, the word I keep hearing is ‘shame’ and I thought: Why?
“If you’ve got breast cancer and you’re having treatment, the fact you have no hair is not a reason to be ashamed."
She shared a snap of her holding onto a clump of hair that had fallen from her head, adding the caption: "Sort of much harder that I expected it to be when it happened - in 24 hrs most hair fell out and I’ve shaved the rest off - onward and upward!"
Since her diagnosis, she has continued to work on a new Channel 4 series and also has a book planned for later this year.
She has four children that she shares with her husband Graham Swift.

In 2019 she and her family quit London life and bought a 220-acre sheep farm in Somerset and decided to make a permanent home there.
She invited a film crew to follow her journey and made a Channel 4 show called Sarah Beeny's New Life in the Country.
Unfortunately for Sarah, the show didn't go down well with viewers who branded it "tasteless" and a show of wealth during a cost of living crisis.
