New photos of Sara Sharif, the 10-year-old girl found dead at her home in Woking, have been released as detectives try to piece together what led to her alleged murder.
Images show Sara dressed the way officers believe she may have been in the months prior to her body being found by officers on August 10, Surrey Police said.
The force said on Friday that it hopes the photographs will prompt more people to come forward with information about her and her family.
Detective Superintendent Mark Chapman said: “We are grateful to everyone who has already contacted us, and I would like to stress that any information, no matter how insignificant it might seem, is reviewed by the investigation team and further enquiries carried out if appropriate.
“I would urge anyone who may have information and hasn’t yet come forward to reach out to us.
“You can report information via our portal, which is in both English and Urdu, you can call 101 if you would prefer to speak on the phone, or if you would like to remain anonymous, call the independent charity Crimestoppers.”
Sara’s father Urfan Sharif, her stepmother Beinash Batool, and uncle Faisal Malik, were all charged with her murder at Gatwick Airport following their return from Pakistan last week.
They left the UK with five children the day before Sara’s body was found.
Prosecutor Giles Bedloe told the court at the Old Bailey that Sara was found to have "a constellation of healed and healing injuries".
The trio accused of her murder are due to stand trial in September next year with a plea hearing due to take place at the Old Bailey on December 1.
Since Sara’s death, officers have been distributing leaflets in Woking and posters have also been displayed in and around Woking train station and taxi ranks.
The police appeal for more information has been translated into Urdu to reach residents of the local area whose first language is Urdu, Surrey Police said.
Officers working for the force who are fluent in Urdu are also supporting the investigation team.
