There have been an abundance of fad challenges in recent years, but none come with the potential reward that the “Quad Squad Quad Challenge” brings.
New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is daring fans to take his latest challenge, which involves multiple intense sets of a leg workout run consecutively.
Barkley details the challenge below:
“Grinding hard in the weight room is a way of life for me and I’m a big believer that hitting the gym with teammates or friends helps build a stronger group dynamic, and pushes the mind and body to go further,” said Barkley. “I’m excited to share my training techniques and motivations with fans and inspire them to push themselves in the weight room or whatever life goals they are working towards.”
Barkley’s challenge is the third in a series of “Experiences of a Lifetime” that celebrate the league’s 100th season. And in order to win this challenge, fans must post videos on Twitter or Instagram that show themselves and three friends completing leg workout, tag the NFL (@NFL) and use the hashtag #NFL100Contest by June 4.
The group of winners will then receive and all expenses paid trip to the Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford, N.J. where they will spend a day with the Giants and have a chance to work out with Barkley.
