A small aircraft has crashed on an avenue in Sao Paulo, killing at least two passengers, the local firefighter corps said in a statement.
The plane went down in the Barra Funda neighborhood on the city's west side, near its downtown.
A piece of the plane hit a bus, injuring one woman inside, while a motorcyclist was struck by another piece of wreckage, the statement said. Both were receiving medical care.
The other passengers managed to exit it safely, fire department spokesperson Captain Maycon Cristo told CNN Brasil.

A biker was also taken to the hospital after being hit by a piece of equipment, the fire department added.
Images on local media showed the plane's fuselage and the bus on fire, with firefighters working to extinguish the blaze.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
Joao Lucas da Silva Amaral told TV Globo that the plane hit a tree before kerosene started pouring out. The aircraft then lost altitude and crashed.
Another witness, Genival Dantas Arraes, told the outlet: “The plane came down the avenue and I just saw everything flying and the fireball. It exploded immediately.
“Everyone was paralysed. The plane was ripping up palm trees and signs. It went by very quickly.”
“The pilot tried to land on Marques de Sao Vicente, and fortunately many cars swerved, but the plane hit the back of the bus and ended up exploding. The impact was huge, very scary,” a third witness, Adriano Rolim, added.
