Santander bank in Liverpool City Centre had to briefly close this morning after reports of a man verbally abusing staff.
Two police cars with lights flashing were seen outside the city centre bank on Lord Street at around 10.20am today (February 17).
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police confirmed to the ECHO officers were called after reports of a man shouting at members of staff.

The spokesperson added the man's abuse was all verbal and nobody was injured and nothing was damaged.
Merseyside Police confirmed the man was asked to leave by staff and had left the bank before police attended.
Police officers could be seen inside Santander speaking with staff members with the security doors shut.
Merseyside Police added reassurance was given to staff members and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police told the ECHO : "We were called just after 10.20am to a report a man was shouting at staff at Santander, Lord Street, Liverpool.
"The man was asked to leave by staff and left before the attendance of police.
"Officers provided support and reassurance to staff and enquiries into the incident are ongoing."
