Samuel L Jackson seems to have let fans know where his allegiances lie when it comes to Scottish football as the Hollywood star posed with a Rangers strip.
The actor - star of huge films including Pulp Fiction, Star Wars and various movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - has been filming his latest project in Scotland this week. Superstars and film crews took to the streets of West Lothian as they film scenes for an upcoming action blockbuster.
And much to the delight of Gers fans, the actor took the time to pose with this season's kit in his trailer between shoots. Signed by Mr Jackson himself, the shirt sported the number 23, which currently belongs to Ibrox frontman Scott Wright.
But there is an important reason behind the pic, with the top set to be auctioned off for two charities: the Emmie Smillie Charity Foundation and Kilbryde Hospice.
The foundation posted the snap of the A-lister and his signed strip on Twitter, with various other snaps of the 74-year-old taking over social media across Scotland in recent days.
Residents of Bathgate were left stunned after catching a glimpse of the superstar as he stood in the rain on the town's Mid Street filming scenes on Thursday night.
One West Lothian woman was left thrilled as her video of the star went viral following a four hour hunt to catch a glimpse.
Deborah Gemmell tracked down the actor last week last week before posting the clip that feature her shouting “Nick Fury” at him as she drives by before the star joked: “This is the third time you’ve been by!”
