Sam Thompson confessed he has to "beg" his close pal Pete Wicks to join in on his hilarious and ridiculous TikTik videos.
The former reality star and his TOWIE's Pete became everyone's favourite duo when they got to know each other on Celebs Go Dating in 2019.
Since then, it became rare to see one without the other and, thankfully, Sam, 30, has been blessing his fans and followers with great content involving the two's endless shenanigans.
Fans have always questioned how he managed to convince the 35-year-old to film insane sketch videos with him considering his tough and unamused persona.
With Sam's golden retriever-like bouncy energy and Pete's rottweiler-like calmness, it's no surprise they became everyone's favourite best friends.
Pete might appear in a lot of Sam's social media videos doing fun dances while wearing crazy costumes, but his involvement doesn't come without a lot of begging and convincing.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror , Sam - who recently teamed up with OREO to launch its new partnership with Xbox, explained: "I beg Pete and sometimes I have to pay him. Zara [McDermott] unfortunately comes with the territory.
"I was like, 'When you get into it is like is fine.' And they always enjoy it. Even Pete enjoys himself after a while."
He continued: "You've got to sort of beg, borrow and steal but when they do it, it's okay because they sort of get into it and they have fun while making it. Yeah, Pete especially is tough to get involved."
The former Made In Chelsea star confessed Pete sometimes gets "f***ing livid" behind the scenes of certain videos.
When they first started making content together, "he just hated everything about it" and was convinced people wouldn't find them funny.
Unsurprisingly, fans fell in love with the duo and they ended up having to do more and more.
Fans constantly take to social media to talk about how much they love Pete's anger and opposition, with 'Poor Pete' being a popular comment found under Sam's videos.
"The beauty of it is that Pete Wicks will never change. So like it's always gonna be sincere and real because he genuinely doesn't like doing it," he joked.
Meanwhile, Sam has been incredibly busy with his many projects including a radio presenting job and brand collaborations.
The TV personality recently teamed up with OREO for a playful new campaign.
To celebrate the launch of the new OREO Xbox Special Edition cookies, he took part in the OREO Big Dunk, which saw him dunk a giant OREO cookie into a 6ft glass of milk in a dream content creation project.
Speaking of the campaign video, he said: "[I thought] this is such a fun thing. I do this for my page anyway. It was something that I was like this is really really cool actually, I think it performed quite well as well."
Sam collaborated with OREO on the recent campaign and fans can follow @oreouki to learn more about the brand*
