Sam Smith announces 'Gloria 2023 tour' with Manchester date and fans can get pre-sale tickets now

Sam Smith has just announced a huge tour for next year and will be coming to Manchester as part of it. Fans are able to get pre-sale tickets for the 2023 UK and Ireland tour by pre-ordering Smith's new album.

The 'Dancing with a Stranger' pop star will be playing at Manchester's AO Arena on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. They will be taking Gloria across the UK and Ireland from April next year, with stops in London, Dublin, Sheffield, Birmingham and more.

Smith will also be playing European shows as part of the tour with performances taking place in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo and more as well. Support for the tour will come from Cat Burns.

Fans are able to get tickets to see them by pre-ordering their new album Gloria in any format from the official store before Monday (October 24) at 4pm. Those who pre-order the album here will receive an exclusive ticket pre-sale code. Pre-sale will begin on Tuesday, October 25 at 10am via See Tickets.

Ticketmaster will also be holding a pre-sale for fans who are Three and O2 Priority customers on Tuesday, October 25 at 9.30am. General sale will take place via See Tickets and Ticketmaster on Thursday, October 27 at 10am.

Sam's tour comes as they enjoy recent chart-topping success with the song 'Unholy' featuring German singer/songwriter Kim Petras, and is considered a relative comeback for the singer after taking a number of months off from music. It's the lead single from their upcoming fourth studio album, titled Gloria.

Sam returned earlier this year their their hit single 'Love Me More' in April, dropping a music video alongside it which contained childhood footage of Sam.
