Sam Heughan has jumped on his bike to mark a new month and fitness challenge.
The Outlander star, who is a keep-fit enthusiast, founded My Peak Challenge in 2017 and members - known as Peakers - set themselves a regular challenge, physical or otherwise, in a bid to raise cash.
And now as we enter into the second month of the new year, Sam is urging fans to get involved.
In a picture he posted on Instagram, Sam flexes his toned arms as he poses next to a bike, wearing a purple vest top and some grey joggers.
Captioning the post, he wrote: "New month, NEW MPC! Move, Flow, Exhale, Fuel, Give and PEAK with @mypeakchallenge Can’t wait to see all your pics from day one…"
And fans were equally as keen to take on the challenge.
One wrote: "Love the yoga and mindfulness modules of MPC 2022. And the cookbook is amazing."
Another commented: "Amazing new MPC platform! Very dynamic and it seems we have coach Valbo and assistants live with us! Congratulations to all of you for the hard work! New program really amazed me! Impressive!"
While one wrote: "so excited to be a first year Peaker!"
Between filming Outlander and Men In Kilts and running a very successful Whisky business, Sam always finds the time to work out and this week he's making sure he starts off the month right.
