Reality TV star Sam Faiers is eyeing up a move to documentary making.
Sam, 32, made her name on The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) and has since starred in ITVBe showThe Mummy Diaries documenting her family life, including with sister Billie.
The mum of three left Sam and Billie: The Mummy Diaries in 2021, but now it seems she would be keen to return to TV, but in a different field.
During a recent Instagram Q&A Sam was asked if she would ever do her own TV show again.
The star replied: "For sure... I've always wanted to do more documentary style though, on really important world crisis reality that are not really spoken about publicly.
"For example human trafficking and child exploitation."
She then added: "I would also love to some something fun with mum & sis."
Sam would be following in the footsteps of reality stars like Love Island star Zara McDermott, who has since fronted documentaries about revenge porn and disordered eating.
The Celebrity Big Brother star has been in front of the cameras since 2010 when she arrived on TOWIE, her romance with ex-boyfriend Joey Essex often causing drama.
In 2015 she and partner Paul Knightley welcomed their first child, Paul Jr, and they have since Rosie, five, and Edward, nine months.
Sam and Paul starred in the The Baby Diaries, with the show morphing into Sam and Billie: The Mummy Diaries.
When Sam left, Billie, also a mum of three, continued with her husband Greg – as the show is now called Billie and Greg: The Family Diaries.
The sisters also present a podcast together.
In a recent episode of the podcast, Sam insisted she would never propose to Paul.
Throughout their romance Sam and Paul have faced speculation and questions over when Paul will propose to Sam.
In 2019, when the pair jetted off to Venice, Italy, the rumour mill went into overdrive as fans suggested the romantic city was the perfect place to propose.
A year later, Paul even hinted at an engagement on The Mummy Diaries as he discussed their bond in lockdown.
He said: "I didn't think we could get closer, but we did and I think we’re one step closer to getting married."
However, a ring is yet to materialise for Sam. But, this hasn't stopped fans from asking when she will be getting engaged.
On The Sam and Billie Show, Sam read out a question: "Would Sam ever propose?'"
She was quick to respond as she insisted: "No! No, the guy should do it and I will leave it as that."
Billie then added her opinion, with a message for Paul as she said: "I agree, come on Paul, we're still waiting!"
"We need a hen do to plan, we've had three children each we need a hen do."
Sam, who was recently slammed for moaning about a free holiday, then replied: "We don't want a hen do this year, next year would be perfect, yeah."
