Sam Allardyce is confident that he could solve the problems at Leeds United if he was handed the job at Elland Road.
Leeds sacked Jesse Marsch on Monday following a run of just two wins from their last 17 league games. They extended their winless run to eight games in the Premier League on Wednesday, but will be buoyed by their 2-2 draw against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Whites are yet to find a replacement for Marsch after receiving knockbacks in their attempts to appoint Carlos Corberan, Andoni Iraola and Arne Slot.
Allardyce has jokingly urged Leeds to give him a call, and insists that he would have no issue improving the club due to his experience.

“I’d have thought by now if they were interested in me, they know where I am, so call me,” Allardyce told the No Tippy Tappy Football podcast.
“If someone called me I wouldn’t turn down going and chatting about it, certainly not at Leeds United, but there has been no call, so before anyone starts any speculation, nobody from Elland Road has called me about the job in hand.
“I watched them against Man United and I wouldn’t see any problem sorting them out, from my point of view with my experience.”
The 68-year-old managed 13 clubs during a managerial career spanning 30 years, and also had a brief, and infamous spell as England manager.
Allardyce has managed the fifth-most Premier League games in history (537) - behind only Arsene Wenger (828); Sir Alex Ferguson (810); Harry Redknapp (641), and David Motes (641).
He has been out work since suffering relegation to the Championship with West Brom in 2021.
