Salman Khan to kick-start shooting of 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali' next month with an elaborate helicopter chase sequence

Salman Khan is currently shooting for the last schedule of ‘Tiger 3’. After wrapping up with the Maneesh Sharma directorial, the actor will reportedly start shooting for his next, ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’.

According to a report in a news portal, Salman is expected to start shooting for ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ from the first week of April. The report also added that the shooting will commence with the superstar’s entry which involves a helicopter chase. Stunt directors have been summoned for the same and it will be shot on a Helipad at a film studio in Mumbai.

The film reportedly sees Khan portraying the eldest brother in the family who refuses to get married, believing it will disrupt the harmony. The film’s scale will reportedly be much more lavish compared to Salman and Sajid’s last collaboration, ‘Kick’. The report also added that the team intends to finish all action scenes before moving to the emotional bits.

Apart from Salman, the film will also star Pooja Hegde in the lead role. This is Salman’s first collaboration with the actress. It will also feature Zaheer Iqbal in a key role.

Meanwhile, ‘Tiger 3’ will also see Katrina Kaif essaying her character ‘Zoya’. The makers have also roped in Emraan Hashmi in the role of an antagonist in the movie. However, there has been no official confirmation about the same as yet.
