The New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers listed a combined 13 absentees on the initial Week 4 injury report. Both teams are resting a lot of players with the Bucs coming off a tough loss on a short week (having hosted the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night) and the Saints recuperating from a road trip to see the Green Bay Packers. New Orleans quarterback Derek Carr was held out on Wednesday while resting his injured throwing shoulder.
