Sainsbury's Tu shoppers say 'stunning' £18 pyjama set is so stylish they'll wear it on days out

Sainsbury's has caught the attention of shoppers on the hunt for colourful additions to their summer wardrobe - with a pair of pyjamas that are so eye-catching people want to wear them on days out.

The supermarket's Tu clothing range is full of new arrivals for holiday season, including a selection of short nightwear ideal for the warmer nights. One pair in particular has turned heads recently - the Pink Floral Print Shortie Pyjamas, featuring a short-sleeved button shirt and matching shorts in a multi-coloured pastel flower print.

Despite the £18 set being in the pyjamas section, shoppers quickly fell head over heels for the outfit after Sainsbury's showed it off on the Tu Instagram page and insisted that it was stylish enough to head out in. "I definitely think I'd wear these in the evening with heels and jewellery," one person said in the comments section.

Someone else echoed: "PJs? I'd be wearing them out!"

And a third shopper added: "I want this as an outfit!"

Others said they were "obsessed" with the pyjamas, branding them "lush" and "stunning". "Love seeing bold, vibrant prints - we need more of this," one fan commented.

There are a number of similarly colourful new additions to Sainsbury's Tu pyjamas section, including the Pink & Blue Leaf Print Shortie Pyjamas in the same style for £18. Or for a cheaper alternative, shoppers can opt for a t-shirt and shorts set such as the Pastel Parasol Print Shortie Pyjamas or the Tropical Pineapple Shortie Pyjamas, each priced at £12 for the set.

If you prefer longer pyjama bottoms, there are several eye-catching options in this style too - for a vest and cropped trousers set there's the colourful Green Botanical Print Cami Pyjamas, which have a price tag of £18. Or alternatively, there's a quirky t-shirt and trousers combo available in the Orange Fruit Market Pyjamas set for £16.

For other colourful pyjamas on the high street, it's worth checking out Primark for some stylish choices - including its range of satin shirt and shorts sets, which come in a variety of prints including bright pink stripes, neon animal print and butterflies for £14. There's also the Patterned Pyjama Set, which is available in three quirky patterns and has a £12 price tag.
