Sainsbury's shoppers are rushing to buy the supermarket's Birkenstock ‘dupes’. Two stunning styles of the footwear have hit the shelves and customers are keen to purchase a pair ahead of the summer season.
TU is selling a version very similar to Birkenstock's £55 Madrid sandals, which come with a single strap and is now one of the most popular among customers.
The Sainsbury's dupe is selling for £15 and comes in Cream & Gold, Snake Print, and black with a jewel buckle. It has a moulded inner sole, similar to the German brand.

Customers can also pick up a version of £65 Arizona Birkenstocks with the signature double buckle. TU offers this look in Tan Animal, Green Tropical Leaf, pink and orange. The sandals are selling for £15 and come with buckles and a double strap.
One reviewer said: "Really pleased with these cute sandals and especially like that the straps are adjustable. Looking forward to warmer weather so I can wear them."
Primark is also selling Birkenstock ‘dupes' this summer. The retailer's single-strap model comes in three colours - Black, Silver and Blue and costs just £7.
While Primark's £7 Double Buckle Strap Slides comes in Black, White, Silver, Tan, Burnt Orange and Pink.
