Sainsbury's shoppers have been loving a 'bright' pair of 'sliders of dreams' recently shared to its Instagram page.
The supermarket is known for its vast TU Clothing section, which often features on-trend pieces such as comfy footwear, loungewear, and bold statement pieces. TU Clothing often likes to keep its 253k followers up to date with new items on its Instagram page, and this time, its 'holiday shoes' collection captured the attention of shoppers.
On Instagram, the full post read: "One in every colour please! Holiday shoes in store and online now. Prices from £8 #TuClothing." Also included in the colourful reel was a pair of Green Chunky Clogs priced at £10, which look very similar to a pair of £44 Crocs.

The Double Strap Chunky Pool Sliders seemed to attract a lot of attention in the comments section of the post, particularly because of the vibrant colour options. Priced at £8 for a pair, the sliders come in colours such as pink, blue, orange and green.
On the Sainsbury's website, the full product description reads: "Add a zing of colour to your holiday wardrobe with these super cool bright blue chunky pool sliders. With a double strap and buckle detail, comfortable contoured footbed, and moulded sole, they are perfect for showcasing your pedi in style. Available in other colours."
The sliders feature buckles, double straps and a moulded sole. Some shoppers praised the footwear for looking 'comfy', others weren't so sure on the style option.
Among the comments, one shopper tagged their friend and said: "Looooook.... bright sliders of our dreams."
A second comment read: "perfect! ALL the colours [grin emoji]."
A third shopper said: "These look comfy!"
Not all shoppers were convinced, though. This was reflected in some of the comments.
One shopper said: "Rather be bare foot."
Another comment read: "Errmmm... no thanks [laugh emoji]."
Shoppers can purchase the £8 sliders here. Alternative brightly coloured sliders include this £14 Levi's pair of 'June Batwing Sandals'.
