With the temperatures beginning to drop even further, many of us will be looking for ways to keep ourselves warm. Of course, we could always turn on the heating, but with the recent cost of living crisis, that may be something that racks up the bills a bit too much.
Which is exactly why many shoppers have been sharing their alternative methods of keeping warm without higher heating bills, which has included electric blankets and heated throws.
And now one Sainsbury's shopper has taken to social media to heap praise on a cuddly hoodie that she says is the "solution to all of our heating bills", reports The Mirror.
Mum and luxury travel agent, Daxi, took to TikTok to share footage of her brand new hooded blanket that is made with soft, fluffy borg fleece material. Priced at just £22, the snuggly item is much cheaper than an Oodie which could set you back around £79 for just one.
Sharing her "purchase of the year" to her TikTok account @daximumlife29, the 42 year old said: "A trip to Sainsbury's has just saved me a fortune… purchase of the year."
Daxi, who spotted the hoodie during a recent shopping trip, hailed it as the 'solution to all of our heating bills', before joking: "I'm officially going to be single forever but I don't care!"
Addressing her followers in the video, Daxi went on to exclaim: "How good is this? I can literally live in this from now until March. It's going in the basket!"
To demonstrate how warm it can keep shoppers, the mum held it against her like a duvet to keep warm and toasty when wandering throughout the frozen foods aisles in the supermarket.
And it looks like many are keen to snap up the bargain energy-saving item, with many saying that it will help them to cut back on their central heating usage during the winter.
One person commented: "Yes I need one, evenings snuggled, no heating no gas fire. Lovely, no need for a man ever again!"
Another wrote: "Can’t beat Sainsbury's quality too. Soooo snug! Enjoy."
As per Sainsbury's website, this 'ultimate winter warmer' is machine washable, and is 'perfect for hunkering down on the couch and devouring a boxset'.
