Fuel prices have hit a record high as the cost of oil soars, with the average price for petrol now reaching around 150p per litre according to latest figures.
Prices at some smaller stations are hitting 160p per litre. However, even though some garages are that high, prices at supermarket petrol stations remain around 150p.
Here, we've taken a look at the latest prices of fuel from around Newcastle — and some of the supermarkets seem to be offering the best deals.
