Supermarket fashion lovers are giving their spring wardrobe a pop of colour with a cut-price coat from Sainsbury's. TU has launched its latest sale with up to 50 per cent off, and one of the best bargains is its bright pink quilted jacket.
The cost of the collarless lightweight coat has been slashed in the sale from £30 to £15, and is still available in all sizes at the time of writing. There is also a peach version for those looking for a more subtle colour pop, or an emerald green colour although that's still full price.
The product description reads: "A stylish way to keep dry this spring, we are hugely impressed with this shower resistant jacket. In an eye-catching fuschia pink, it comes in a cute quilted design with button fastenings and two hand pockets.

In the reviews section, one customer wrote: "Great value compared to the same type of jacket elsewhere." Another commented: "This is so gorgeous and makes a lovely companion for a rainy day. Stylish."
Although it's shower-resistant, one downside is that the design doesn't have a hood, so you'd still need to have your brolly to hand to brave the April showers. And if you're looking for a colour that won't clash then New Look is also selling a very similar style in khaki, on sale for £16.
