Saffron Barker claimed she "nearly died" and was covered in bruises after filming stunts for E4's The Real Dirty Dancing.
The 21-year-old YouTuber who has been recreating famous moves from the original film starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey called the show "physically demanding".
She said that it wasn't "nice like Ballroom and Latin like Strictly" and said that she fell every day.
The new dancer told The Sun : "I nearly died, we were trying to do the lift, there were falls every day.
"I was covered in bruises, I’ve never had so many bruises in my life."
The Celebrity Circle star explained how she was a completely new dancer and said that when she's clubbing she is a fan of the "two step".
Comparing her experience to the one she had when she appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2019, she said The Real Dirty Dancing is "physically demanding" and more intimate than the performances seen on Strictly.
The online sensation said that she was also thrown out of her comfort zone during her time on the show.
"Going in a ballroom hold is fine but Dirty Dancing like grinding on a stranger, that’s not normal to me," she added.
However despite the gruelling training she said that it was "the best thing" she's done in her life.
She has also revealed that she's rooting for The Vamps star Connor Ball to win Dancing on Ice.
Saffron met the singer when she first started her YouTube channel and they became pals.
The influencer said that she hasn't seen Connor in a while but said he "thinks he's doing really well".
Fellow dancer on the show and former TOWIE star, James Argent also spoke about the amount of "bumping and grinding" there was on the programme.
The 34-year-old insisted that he was keeping it "professional" despite the sexy dancing.
After he was asked about the so-called Strictly curse, he told New! magazine: "Oh, for sure. Especially if you fancy your partner and you're bumping and grinding and all that."
He also added: "It depends what kind of dance you're doing as well, I suppose.
"I kept it professional, though. I don't get too excited."
The show works in a similar way to Strictly Come Dancing where professional dancers teach the celebrities dance routines.
