Arsenal could be given access to the dream transfer signing in the summer window. And this is thanks to Sadio Mane’s potential move to Bayern Munich.
According to Sky Germany, Bayern are interested in Signing Mane from Liverpool, as the uncertainty of his fresh contract with the Reds continues. The Senegal international’s move to Bayern could see Serge Gnabry leave the club due to the competition in his position, and the fact that he is also having contractual issues with his current club.
Gnabry would be the perfect summer signing for the Gunners, and a deal could be possible after the recent developments with Mane’s potential move to the Bavarian side. Edu should stay on high alert if a transfer becomes available for the German.

Arsenal will be in desperate need of two new strikers in the summer transfer window, with both Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah's days looking increasingly numbered. Both players’ contracts are set to expire at the end of the season and they have been linked with a move away from the club.
Gnabry still has a lot of admiration for Arsenal, which was proven with a tweet claiming that London is Arsenal’s after Gnabry’s Bayern Munich side dismantled Tottenham 7-2 in the Champions League in 2019. He has also been pictured in Arsenal shirts on multiple occasions in recent times, which also highlights his love for the club.
Gnabry left the Gunners in 2016 to join Werder Bremen after he failed to agree a new contract when Arsene Wenger was manager of the club. Since his move away from the Premier League, he has become a Champions League winner and a multiple Bundesliga champion with Bayern Munich.
The German would be an excellent acquisition at the end of the season, as his versatility could prove key for Mikel Arteta. There is certainly unfinished business for Gnabry, which was proved when he dropped a potential transfer hint by saying he is “Always a Gunner”. According to CIES football observatory , he will cost around the £60m mark, which is a deal that could certainly be worth the cost.
According to German news outlet Sport1, Gnabry’s desire to leave Bayern is not only about the money. The player wants to feel like he has an important role into the team, and wishes to play in a more central position rather than on the wing.
German outlet Bild have also claimed that Gnabry and his representatives are demanding £12.5m-a-year in wages to sign a new contract. But Bayern has yet to agree to these terms, which has put talks currently on hold.
Mane’s transfer to Bayern could be the catalyst for Gnabry’s exit away from the German side, and it is a deal that Edu should certainly look to explore. The German international would undoubtedly enhance Arteta’s attack.
