Short and Sweet fans, rejoice: Sabrina Carpenter will be taking over the O2 this weekend.
The hitmaker is one of the biggest names in pop right now – ever since she took over the airwaves with her chart-topping song Espresso, in fact – and her sold-out show is hotly anticipated. Ahead of her arrival on stage, here’s what to know.
Where has the tour been already?
She’s been touring the US already, but this is the start of her European leg. She’s playing Dublin on March 4 and 5, before heading to Birmingham for March 6 and then London. After that, she’ll play Glasgow on the 11th, Manchester on the 13th and 14th and then set sail for France – her next stop on the tour.
How long will she be in London for?
She’ll only be in London two nights: Saturday March 8 and Sunday March 9. But if you didn’t get tickets, don’t worry. She’ll also be appearing at BST Hyde Park this summer as one of their headliners, so watch this space.
When is she on stage?
The timings for her European tour are as follows:
Doors open – 18:00
Support act – 19:00
Sabrina Carpenter – 20:30
Show ends – 22:00
Who’s supporting her?
For her European leg, she’s supported by Rachel Chinouriri, a British indie pop artist who was touring last year. She’s best known for songs like The Hills and So My Darling, which went viral on TikTok – read our interview with her here.
How long is the set?
The setlist is 19 songs long and Sabrina will be on stage for approximately an hour and a half – though of course there’s always a bit of room for delays.
Can I get tickets?
She’s in demand. According to Viagogo, her page views rocketed by 16,000 per cent between June 2023 and June 2024 – when Espresso was in the charts, she could have filled Wembley Stadium by herself, six times over.
Those kinds of numbers have also put her at number six in the world’s top-selling female artists, after the likes of P!NK and Adele.
As you might expect, tickets for the gig sold out pretty much immediately – that said, some are still available on resale sites like Viagogo.
