Jo O'Meara has suffered another blow to her health just months on from being rushed to hospital.
The S Club 7 singer, 43, says she's suffering "the worst pain yet" as she appears to be receiving medical treatment in hospital, with the star's concerned fans and famous friends rushing to send their well-wishes.
Jo shared a snap of her hand with cannulas in it on Saturday night, as she told her Instagram followers how devastated she was to find herself in pain once again while supposedly being on "the road to recovery".
The Don’t Stop Movin’ hitmaker worried fans in September when she was taken to hospital after her back gave in on her during rehearsals for an upcoming gig and left her in "horrendous pain".
Sharing her latest health update on Saturday, Jo wrote: "When am I gonna get a break ??
"I really thought I was on the road to recovery [sad-face emoji]."
She continued to add: "4am this morning the pain was the worst it’s been yet ! So here we are again ! I am devastated."
Jo hasn't yet publicly revealed what her pain is related to or if she is still receiving medical treatement.
As she shared her update on Saturday, the former Celebrity Big Brother star's followers sent their love and wished her well on her bid to recover to full health.
Liberty X singer Michelle Heaton commented on her fellow pop star's post, writing: "Ah babes xxx sending love x."
"Sending you lots and lots of love and lots of positivity of health!!! Xxxx," CeCe Sammy Lightfoot wrote to Jo on Saturday, while GB News presenter Eamonn Holmes left a trio of shocked-face emojis as a comment.
Jo has previously been open about her health battles and penned a lengthy post regarding her back troubles in September this year.
It read: "So after almost 20 years pain free my back decided it was time to flake out on me again.
"The pain has been absolutely horrendous! 4 discs bulging, and a bad case of sciatica, I yesterday went for spinal blockers at the amazing @thelondonclinichospital to try and get things moving again!
"It will not stop me doing my shows, and I will not be beaten by it!"
Jo first became a household name in 1998 as one seventh of pop group S Club 7, alongside Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt, Jon Lee, Paul Cattermole, Rachel Stevens and Tina Barrett.
Following Paul's exit from the band in 2002, the group rebranded a S Club before announcing their split the following year.
The original line-up briefly reunited for a tour in 2014 and some members of the band perform as the spin-off group S Club Allstars (originally S Club 3) across the country these days.
Jo, who has taken to the stage as a solo artist over recent years, continued to say in her post: "This back of mine will not stop me doing what I love so I shall see you there!!
"Plus, something very exciting is happening …….. very soon ! So keep your eye peeled!"
