Rylan Clark has made his fans' night as he issued a two-word statement.
The star took to his social media to confirm that he would be returning to Gogglebox alongside his mum this Friday.
The presenter posted a photo of himself and his mum saying they would be coming back to the celebrity version of the Channel 4 show.
Alongside the snap, Rylan simply said: "We’re back.@c4gogglebox."
Fans were excited to hear the news, saying they've been waiting for the mother-son pair to return.
One wrote: "Thank Christ for that, there's some right boring celebrities on at the moment xx."
As a second said: "So happy to hear that, you and your mum are just great," with a third adding: "Woohoo normal service resumes, happy days - you two make gogglebox."
Another declared: "I’m going to watch #gogglebox after listening to your audiobook. It was so funny - you were taking about Sally Traffic as we were driving through #towcester on the way to #Silverstone #f1 this weekend."
"Yes. my two favourite people. Love watching you both on Celeb Gogglebox," a fifth commented.
Another told them they are "comedy gold" while another told Rylan it was a "great photo".
A fan took to the comments to say: "Yeesss at last! - love watching you & lovely Linda on the box & listening to you both on the radio, bloody hilarious! big love."
The duo instantly became fan favourites of Channel 4 viewers when they started appearing on the programme.
The TV presenter and his mum Linda joined Celebrity Gogglebox in 2019 but haven't appeared since 2021.
Gogglebox viewers were disappointed when the pair didn't appear on the show for some time.
It was reported that there were multiple reasons why they were absent including Rylan having other work commitments and Linda not being too well.
In December 2022 Rylan took to his Twitter page to explain that his mum "hasn't been too well", with some of his 1.7 million followers sending well wishes to her.
Rylan wrote: "Just a note to say. Mummy Linda hasn’t been on the show lately as she hasn’t been too well but she’s doing good now… thanks for all your messages. She’ll be back tomorrow x."
